sound is fine
The soundtrack is fine and k-otic is not an idiot but an esteemed contributor to the Feature Film section. Lack of sound can mean that the media player

doesn't have the appropriate audio codec. A quick look at the AVI via the GSpot application shows that, as with some of k-otic's other uploads, the audio track is encoded in the MP2 format instead of the more common MP3 format. I assume the previous reviewer uses Windows Media Player, as I have seen it fail to play MP2 soundtracks that come bundled with XVID videos, although it can play them in MPEG-2 videos. Here are possible solutions for those having no sound when playing the AVI: -use VLC instead of Windows Media Player -download FFDshow, a filter which enables Windows Media Player to play MP2 audio streams
